Siding leak and window replacement
Estimates were from Keith Brown and Shaun Warner. Installer was Stefan and 2 helpers. We had a leak from siding which was coming down on rec rm ceiling. Because the repair involved removing and replacing the siding, and adding house wrap to repair the leak problem., we opted to have the two windows in that wall replaced as well. After 8 week wait for delivery of new window, the job was scheduled. The lead installer, Stefan,and crew arrived promptly at 8;15 am. Stefan took the time to show me what they found and what they were doing. We are very happy with the new windows and it looks like the leak issue has been resolved. The guys finished up the job about 3:30 pm. Everything was cleaned up and trash removed.
